Return and Exchange Policy

At Mylife, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges. Please read the policy below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product should not be damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.

Note: Due to the nature of food products, certain items, such as peanut butter or muesli, may not be eligible for returns if they have been opened or consumed, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used food items.
  • Products purchased during sales or special promotions.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Products that have been tampered with or used.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Shipping the Product: Once approved, pack the product securely in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange. The exchange process is as follows:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Exchange Approval: Once approved, we will arrange for the collection of the defective or incorrect product and dispatch a replacement to you.
  3. Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories, if any.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, you may opt for a refund or select an alternative product of equal value.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • You received an incorrect product.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products that are not eligible for return as per the conditions listed above.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund based on the condition of the product.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled if the request is made before the product is shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
